Delivery + Shipping

We offer the following shipping options which will be determined at checkout.

Medium to large parcels are sent via courier, typically either UPS or Hermes.

We aim to dispatch your orders within 48 hours of receiving payment. We will always try to get your order to you as soon as possible, but please allow 3-5 working days from dispatch. We dispatch our customers’ orders every working day, Monday to Friday, excluding bank and public holidays.

International delivery

We ship to most places in the world. Please contact us at info@hawwl.store for a quote or if you have any questions regarding international shipping. Please note that international deliveries may incur additional import, duty and VAT charges calculated at destination country and to be paid by you, the purchaser.
