Returns + Exchanges

We hope you’ll love your purchases as much as we do. However, should your selection not be quite as you expected, we are happy to offer an exchange or refund against your item(s). If so, contact us via email at info@hawwl.store within 14 days from receipt of your order, letting us know that you would like to return all or part of your order: we will then send you details about how to return your item(s) to us. You will need to include your order number, name and address, and specify which part of your order you would like to return and your reason. 

The purchase cost of returned items will be reimbursed in full upon arrival at our address once the condition of the return is approved. All returned goods must be unused, in a re-saleable condition in their original packaging and received by us within 30 days from the date of purchase. Refunds or exchanges cannot be offered beyond this 30 day period. 

HAWWL.store is not responsible for the returned goods while in transit, and is not responsible for loss or damage. We recommend you use a fully trackable service with adequate insurance, and pack the goods thoroughly, as damage in transit remains the customer's responsibility until received by HAWWL.store. Unfortunately, we cannot cover the cost of return postage, so customers will be responsible for the mailing/delivery costs on each returned order.

Please do not send purchases back to the manufacturer. HAWWL.store cannot issue refunds or exchanges against items such as books with obvious signs of use, items not in their original condition, which are damaged or have missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Refunds.

Once we at HAWWL.store have received your returned item(s), we will advise you via email and confirm that the refund has been made to your original method of payment. Please allow 5 working days for receipt of cleared funds.

Exchanges.

If you wish to exchange your purchase, please contact us initially and we will confirm availability of the product you wish to exchange. We will notify you via email that we have received your return and are able to dispatch your exchange. Please note, you will be required to pay the additional postage cost for your exchange if applicable.

Damage.

In the unlikely event that any of your order arrives broken or damaged, please contact us at HAWWL.store within three working days, along with your order number, name and address and details of the condition in which the products were received by you. We will then resolve the situation as soon as possible. Please provide photographs of the damage if you can.

Sale items (if applicable).

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
